Who can rent the clubhouse?
The clubhouse can be rented by an adult resident of Saxony Estates, 21 years of age or older, who agrees to the rules and regulations set forth by the Saxony neighborhood, and is not delinquent on any Saxony HOA dues.
What does clubhouse rental cost?
Cost of the rental is $75, along with a $200 security deposit. Please make both checks payable to "Saxony Estates". Your deposit check will be shredded pending cleanup and verification of satisfactory condition of the clubhouse.
What is the capacity of the clubhouse?
The clubhouse has a maximum capacity of 75 people. For safety, please remember that all exits must remain unlocked while the clubhouse is in use.
How many tables and chairs are available at the clubhouse and what other facilities are available?
There are 8 tables (6ft x 3ft) and 30+ chairs. The facilities available at the clubhouse include the refrigerator with its attached freezer section, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, 2 bathrooms (8ft x 8ft mens' and ladies' rooms), heat and air conditioning and a large floor area (approximately 18ft x 42ft) to set up your event.
Is there parking available at the clubhouse?
There are approximately 10 car spots near the door of the clubhouse and more parking is available on either side of the driveway that loops in front of the clubhouse and back down to Brittany Parkway. There is further parking available at the bottom of the hill along the east side of Brittany Parkway.
What time can we access the clubhouse when we have it rented for the day?
You can get into the clubhouse as early as 6:00 a.m. If the clubhouse is not rented the day before your event, access can sometimes be granted the day before so you can set up your event. The clubhouse must be vacated by midnight of your rental day. Overnight stays are not allowed under Manchester city regulations. Please keep in mind that there are homes located in close proximity to the clubhouse and noise levels should be kept to a reasonable level especially after 9:00 p.m.
Can I decorate the clubhouse?
You are welcome to decorate the clubhouse, but remember that no tacks are allowed on the walls, beams or ceilings. You may use painters tape that will leave no marks or indentations on the surfaces. Much care has been made to refinish and paint the clubhouse and we wish it to remain beautiful and untarnished. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I clean the clubhouse the next day instead of the day of the rental?
The clubhouse is to be cleaned at the end of the same day as the rental. In addition, all trash is to be taken with the renter when vacating the clubhouse area. Failure to clean the clubhouse will result in a forfeited deposit. Special attention should be given to mopping the floor as it needs to be free of any stickiness or dirt and should be shiny and clean when your rental is finished. Note: It may be necessary to mop the floor more than once or twice. Your deposit check will be forfeited if the floor is not clean. Thank you for your understanding.
Do I need to bring my own cleaning supplies?
All the cleaning supplies you will need are at the clubhouse. In the walk-in closet you will find a mop, bucket and broom and in the kitchen there is Pine-Sol and dish detergent under the kitchen sink. The Pine-Sol should be diluted with warm water according to the instructions on the container and used on the clubhouse wood and tile floor areas. The dish detergent can be diluted and used to clean the counters. Please rinse and dry the counters after cleaning them.
Where do I put my filled trash bags when I have cleaned up and I am leaving?
Please take all your trash with you (kitchen, main room, and bathrooms!) when you leave and dispose of it in your trash containers at your home. The outdoor bins are not for rental use.
In case of snow or ice will the driveway be cleared so cars can get up to the clubhouse?
Rental of the clubhouse does NOT include clearing the clubhouse driveway. We apologize for this inconvenience; but, your reservation can be rescheduled, or if cancelled your checks can both be returned to you.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation, for any reason, that is not a problem! You can either reschedule your reservation for a different day or completely cancel and both checks can be returned back to you.

STEP 1:
Click the blue "Book now" button below, and select "Clubhouse Rental" on the menu that pops up.
Available dates will be blue, and can be clicked on. Dates that are not available will be greyed out. After clicking on your chosen date, you will then need to click on the 6:00am slot for that day. Each day has only one slot (6:00am). This will reserve the clubhouse for the entire day.
Enter your information including name, e-mail, phone number, and address, then click the blue "Book" button.
Any reservations made by non-residents will be cancelled.

Drop off two checks ($75 rental fee, along with a $200 security deposit) payable to "Saxony Estates" to the blue lockbox located on the porch at 407 Auber Dr to finalize your reservation. These must be received at least 48 hours prior to your reservation.
NOTE: Please put the date of rental in the "memo" line of the check.
Please DO NOT place checks in mailbox!
After checks have been received, you can expect to receive an email 2-3 days before your reservation containing access information (door code) and policy reminders. If a cleaning inspection after your rental finds the clubhouse in good, clean condition, your deposit check will be shredded.
